Welcome to Rooted Holistic Recovery 🌿💜 Rooted Holistic Recovery is a therapeutic wellness practice focused on helping you feel better, move better and reconnect with your body through personalized, intentional care. Every session is customized to YOU. Rather than choosing from a long list of techniques or add-ons, I combine the modalities and recovery tools that best support your needs. Sessions may incorporate deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, cupping, heated scraping, hot stones, Dolphin Neurostim, red light therapy, lymphatic techniques, breathwork and more. My approach looks beyond simply “where does it hurt?” I believe the body works as a whole, and your sessions are designed with that bigger picture in mind. Whether you're dealing with stubborn muscle tension, an active lifestyle, everyday stress, or simply need time to slow down and recover, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, comfortable and cared for. 🌿 Recovery • Relief • Renewal Welcome to Rooted. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Appointment Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because I maintain a limited schedule, I kindly ask that you provide at least **24 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule. 24+ Hours Notice: You may cancel or reschedule without penalty. Any applicable deposit may be transferred to your new appointment. Less Than 24 Hours: Your booking deposit will be forfeited. Package or membership clients may pay a $40 late-cancellation fee to retain their session. No-Shows: Deposits are forfeited. Package or membership sessions will be considered redeemed. Late Arrivals: Your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full service price will still apply. Repeated Cancellations/No-Shows: Future appointments may require a larger deposit or full prepayment. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and discretion may be used when appropriate. Thank you for respecting my time and the appointment opportunities of other clients.
